1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your request must be made within 20 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Digital/downloadable products (if any).
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items returned after 20 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to return the item.
- Send the item back to the return address provided in our response.
Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it’s due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
